Prepping for holiday feast when you’re vegetarian or vegan can be challenging! Alecia of Juniper Seed, winner of last year’s “Best of Cincy Vegan Thanksgiving Meal Collaboration”, will be cooking up a Vegan Feast. She will feature three different courses to wow your guests – vegan and non-vegan alike! Her menu includes a harvest salad with pumpkin-maple vinaigrette, green bean casserole using her mushroom soup base, and to finish a bourbon sweet potato pie. Enjoy the holidays – vegan style!

Oktoberfest Feast with Jessica Saydah of Little Gem Culinary

Willkommen to an Oktoberfest Feast with Jessica of Little Gem Culinary. She will show you the tips and tricks to an authentic German dinner. Join us for the ultimate Bastille Day celebration: a Provencal Picnic! This menu très classique begins with tapenade – a deliciously pungent spread of olives and capers and a staple of any meal in Provence. The centerpiece of the meal is a pressed sandwich loaded with tuna and vegetables, a pan bagnat. This do-ahead treat puts the traditional American tuna melt to shame! To round out the menu, we will demonstrate the preparation of a clafoutis, a batter pudding with seasonal fruits.
